He made this statement after meeting with President Joko Widodo at Merdeka Palace in Jakarta on June 13. Prabowo mentioned that Indonesia’s steps towards development, implementation of downstreaming, and support for those in need have resonated with African countries.
Neighboring countries have expressed interest in learning from Indonesia and sending their students to study in the country. Prabowo has been invited by many countries to provide assistance and educational opportunities in Indonesia.
In an opinion article published in Newsweek, Prabowo emphasized the importance of focusing on partnerships with Africa to benefit both countries. He sees Africa as a continent full of opportunities and believes that through collaboration and synergy, both countries can work towards transforming their respective nations.
