President of Indonesia, Prabowo Subianto, recently appointed General Tandyo Budi as Deputy Commander of the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI) and inaugurated six new Regional Military Command (Kodam) commanders, 20 brigade commanders, and 100 Territorial Development Battalions. During the ceremony, Prabowo awarded the Bintang Sakti Medal of Honor to soldiers for their exceptional integrity. In his address, Prabowo highlighted the importance of leaders leading from the front and being the first line of protection for their troops during difficult situations. He emphasized the role of commanders in setting an example, caring for their troops like their own children, and training them well without cruelty.
