Jakarta – Kuasa hukum mantan Jampidsus Febrie Adriansyah, Febri Diansyah meminta publik tidak hanya melihat putusan praperadilan dari amar yang menyatakan permohonan diterima atau ditolak.

Febri Diansyah emphasized the importance of understanding pretrial decisions beyond whether the requests are accepted or rejected. He stated that it is crucial to comprehend the legal considerations and reasoning behind court decisions, rather than just focusing on the outcome.
“Putusan praperadilan itu bagian yang pentingnya bagi kita semua dan bagi publik juga itu bukan sekadar amar putusannya, bukan sekadar apakah itu ditolak atau diterima, tetapi bagian-bagian pertimbangannya dan alasan-alasan hukum yang disampaikan,” kata Febri.
Although Adriansyah’s legal team respects the court decision, they have noted some legal considerations that they will further review before determining their next legal steps. Febri highlighted that understanding a judge’s considerations is essential as it provides insights into how the law enforcement process operates.
Evaluasi Proses Hukum untuk Penegakan Hukum yang Lebih Baik
Febri reiterated that the pretrial process was not solely aimed at advocating for Adriansyah’s legal interests but also intended to rectify or evaluate any issues in criminal case handling. He emphasized the importance of such evaluations in ensuring that future law enforcement processes adhere to caution and due process of law.
“Ketidakhati-hatian dalam proses hukum dapat membawa konsekuensi serius bagi pihak yang namanya tercantum atau terlibat dalam perkara,” Febri cautioned.
Febri also raised concerns about the judge’s acknowledgment of negligence in the investigation’s administration. He stressed that administrative issues should not be trivialized, especially when they impact individuals involved in legal processes.
“Tadi kita juga sama-sama menyimak hakim juga mengakui bahwa telah terjadi ketidakhati-hatian dalam administrasi penyidikan,” kata Febri.
The South Jakarta District Court rejected the pretrial suit of former Deputy Attorney General for Special Crimes (Jampidsus) Febrie Adriansyah regarding the determination of suspect status in a money laundering case and forced detention attempts.
Febrie Adriansyah’s legal team will carefully analyze the court’s decision before proceeding with their legal actions.
